Take Action

With the holiday season upon us, and the New Year right around the corner, this is a great time to take inventory of the year, in order that you can release any negative or challenging situations, hurtful experiences, and painful memories and move forward in your life. Facing challenges is a natural part of this physical experience, but we have a tendency to drag the unfortunate aspects of our history into our future. In reality, we have the power to create this moment in whatever likeness we desire. Just remember that we don’t need to spend our lives re-processing our history, nor obsessing about our future. This moment is the only one that exists, and the only one that ever will. Moving forward in time is simply an illusion, for we are simply re-creating the present moment again, and again, and again.

Take this moment and make the changes now that will bring you happiness. Don’t wait – life really is too short to postpone your dreams and true desires. Allow yourself to let go of the past and those aspects of your life that are standing in the way of your greatness. Remember, death is the inevitable outcome of this physical existence, and as a result, we have this moment and this moment alone to make the choices that are in alignment with our truth and path. It won’t always be easy, but that’s not an excuse for postponing your happiness, your passion, or your purpose in life.
