10 Ways to Maintain the Faith of Your Convictions
It’s hard enough to even hear our truth with all of the constant noise and chaos around us – but to actually follow it, when life throws us curve balls, is the ultimate test of our convictions. When life gets us down, its time to re-connect, re-engage, and re-invigorate ourselves.
Here are 10 simple ways to maintain your faith and to follow your truth when you hit speed bumps and road blocks along the path to happiness and fulfillment.
- Accept – Your life is perfect, and you are exactly where you need to be.
- Chill Out – Don’t take life so seriously. Remember, it all works out in the end.
- Slow Down – The ultimate destination of thisphysical journey is death – so what’s the hurry?
- Take Responsibility – Focus on what you can control – release everything else.
- Meditate – Breathe, take a walk, and reconnect with your inner truth.
- Rest – Take a nap, go to bed early, be kind to yourself.
- Believe – Don’t ever let go – you are here for a reason, and that reason is defined and guided by your inner truth.
- Take Action – Don’t stagnate – make a decision and propel yourself.
- Connect – Open your heart, embrace those around you.
- Be Strong – Find courage, face your fears, and move yourself forever forward.
Remember, you are not alone.
Many Blessings,
Seth
